At Ozone Gymnastics Apparel, we want to ensure your athletes have the perfect fit for every routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your leotards or gear, you may return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the gymnastics apparel you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garments are free of chalk, odors, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
